Pro Live Translation

The fastest two-way live translation — built on OpenAI's real-time voice model.

Pro Live is the lowest-latency conversation mode in Vavus AI. It uses OpenAI's real-time voice model so both sides talk almost as fast as a phone call. Best for natural back-and-forth where you don't want to wait between turns.

    Top-left arrow. Ends the session and returns to the Translation Hub.

    Source language pill

    Your language. Tap to change.

    Swap languages

    Swaps source and target.

    Target language pill

    The other person's language. Tap to change.

    New session

    Top-right. Saves and clears the current conversation.

    Settings

    Top-right gear. Voice selection, auto-play, mic preferences.

    Start / Stop call

    The big button at the bottom. Begins the live session. Tap again to end.

    Mute mic

    Mutes your microphone without ending the session — useful for side conversations.
