Accessibility Statement
Vavus accessibility statement, WCAG target, review date, contact, and known gaps.
Last updated: September 3, 2026 - Version 2.0
1. Our commitment
DCI Brands LLC wants Vavus to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a one-time audit.
2. Scope of this statement
This statement covers the public marketing website at vavusai.com.
It does not cover our web application, our iOS and Android apps, the keyboard extensions, or the desktop applications. We hold those to the same goal, and we will publish separate statements as their reviews are completed. Saying so here is more useful to you than implying a coverage we have not yet verified.
3. Conformance target and current status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Our current status is partially conformant: most of the site meets that standard, and we do not claim that every page and every component conforms. We would rather tell you that than publish a clean bill of health we cannot stand behind.
The site is built to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic heading structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, labeled form controls, accessible names for interactive elements, responsive reflow, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
4. How we evaluate
We assess the site by manual review: keyboard-only navigation of each page, checks with a screen reader, and review of headings, labels, focus order, and contrast when a page is built or changed. We do not currently run automated accessibility scanning in our build pipeline, and we do not commission third-party accessibility audits.
Last reviewed: September 3, 2026. We review new pages, videos, and embedded media as they are added.
5. Known limitations
Third-party embedded content, including payment checkout, the support chat widget, and embedded video, is controlled by those providers and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Because our evaluation is manual rather than automated, individual pages may contain issues we have not yet found. If a page does not work with your assistive technology, that is a defect we want to hear about, not a limitation you should have to work around.
6. Feedback and how we respond
Email constantine@vavusai.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.
We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and aim to resolve confirmed barriers within 30 days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you the timeline and give you another way to get the same information or complete the same task in the meantime.
7. Alternative formats
If you need content from this website in another format, ask us at the address above and we will provide it at no cost to you.
8. Changes
We update this statement after each review, and whenever the site changes materially. The Last updated line shows the current version.
