Document Translation

Document Translation handles longer content than the regular text mode — whole PDFs, Word documents, or pasted articles. Once translated, you can copy the result or download the translated file.

   Top-left arrow. Returns to the Translation Hub.

   Text / File toggle

   Switches between pasting text and uploading a file.

   Source language pill

   The language of your document. Tap to change.

   Swap languages

   Swaps source and target.

   Target language pill

   The language you want the document in.

   Text input

   Paste or type the text to translate. Clear with the X icon.

   Pick text file

   Lets you pick a .txt or similar file to populate the text field.

   Translate (text mode)

   Translates the entered text. Result appears below.

   Copy result

   Copies the translated text to your clipboard.

    Select PDF or DOCX

    Opens the file picker to choose a document from your phone, iCloud, or Google Drive.

    Remove selected file

    Clears the chosen file so you can pick a different one.

    Translate (file mode)

    Uploads the document, translates it, and shows progress.

    Download translated file

    Once the job finishes, downloads the translated PDF or DOCX to your phone.
