Support Chat is the fastest way to reach the Vavus AI team. The big area is a live chat widget you can type into. Above it you'll find Email and Help Center buttons for when you'd rather write a longer message or look something up yourself.

Top-left status. Green when support is available.

Opens your mail app with a pre-filled subject, your account email, handle, and app version.

Opens the public help center in your browser.

Chat input
Type your question and hit send. The conversation persists across devices because you're signed in.

Email Support (fallback)
Shown if the chat widget can't load. Opens your mail app to send an email instead.
