Create Event
Form to create a new event, task, or call in your calendar.
Create Event is the form you fill out to add something to your calendar. Pick the type (event, task, or call), set when and where, add notes, choose a color, and decide how long before you want a reminder.
- 1Title
Main name for the event. Required.
- 2Type (Event / Task / Call)
Three chips. Picks the kind of entry — drives the icon and behavior (tasks can be completed, calls trigger calling features).
- 3All day
Switch. Removes the time pickers and marks the entry as all-day.
- 4Start date
Opens the date picker.
- 5Start time
Opens the time picker. Hidden when All day is on.
- 6End date
Opens the date picker. Hidden when All day is on.
- 7End time
Opens the time picker. Hidden when All day is on.
- 8Location
Optional. Address, room, meeting URL.
- 9Description
Optional. Multi-line notes about the event.
- 10Color swatches (7 colors)
Seven colored dots — Blue, Green, Purple, Red, Orange, Cyan, Pink. Picks the bar color used in calendar views.
- 11Reminder chips (None / 5 min / 15 min / 30 min / 1 hour / 1 day)
How long before the event you want to be notified.
- 12Create Event / Create Task / Create Call
Submits the form. Label changes with the chosen type.
