How do I contact Vavus support?+

Use the live chat bubble on any page, send a message from the contact page, or email constantine@vavusai.com. We reply by email, usually within one business day.

How do I reset my password?+

Open the login page, choose "forgot password," and follow the email link. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, sign in with that provider instead of a password.

Where do I manage my subscription and tokens?+

Sign in to your Vavus account and open the billing area. You can change plans, buy token packs, and view invoices there.

Do you support healthcare and enterprise customers?+

Yes. Vavus offers HIPAA-aligned healthcare onboarding under a BAA and enterprise deployments with SSO and audit controls. Contact us with your use case and we will route it to the right team.

How do I delete my account or export my data?+

You can delete your account from account settings, and request a data export from the signed-in app. See the data deletion page for the full process.
