What is Vavus AI Enterprise?+

Vavus AI Enterprise is the platform tier for organizations with multilingual customer support, internal collaboration, or compliance requirements. It adds SSO, organization management, full audit logging and export, regional data residency review, Google Cloud and on-premises deployment paths, and the higher monthly token grant (120,000) plus 100 GB storage. Web beta price is USD 68.58 per month per seat; post-beta list price is USD 97.97.

Does Vavus AI support SSO and SAML?+

Yes. Vavus AI Enterprise supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on with major identity providers (Okta, Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping). Organization administrators control role assignment, audit visibility, and tenant-wide policies from the Vavus account dashboard.

Can Vavus AI Enterprise run in our own cloud or on-premises?+

Yes. In addition to the standard managed cloud on Google Cloud, Vavus AI offers dedicated Google Cloud deployment path and fully on-premises deployment for buyers with strict data residency or air-gapped requirements. STT, translation, and TTS all run inside the customer perimeter in the on-premises option.

What audit and export controls does Vavus AI Enterprise offer?+

Full audit logging covers user actions, admin changes, billing events, integration events, and access to PHI for healthcare accounts. Audit logs are retained for 6 years and can be exported as JSON or streamed to a customer-controlled SIEM. Individual users can also export their own data and request account deletion under GDPR.

How does Vavus AI handle multilingual customer support workflows?+

Vavus AI provides live translated voice and video calls, translated messaging with Signal Protocol end-to-end encryption, real-time conference translation, and document translation in 200+ languages. Customer support teams can take inbound calls in a customer's language and respond in their own, with transcripts and translations stored encrypted for later review.
