Beta Promo Terms

The beta promotion is offered by DCI Brands LLC, 312 W 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, United States. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

There are two ways the beta discount applies.

Vavus Concierge: a 30% discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code is needed. It covers the monthly, yearly, and lifetime Concierge Agent plans, for one discounted plan per workspace. The discounted price is the beta price shown on our pricing pages.

Vavus AI and Vavus Keyboard: the discount is applied at checkout when you enter a valid Vavus beta code. The discount amount is the one shown on the checkout page when the code is applied.

The Concierge discount is applied automatically at checkout while the promotion is open. We may close the promotion to new purchases at any time; Section 7 explains what that does and does not affect.

The code-based discount for Vavus AI and Vavus Keyboard is open to new accounts that hold a valid beta code. Codes are issued by us and are not transferable.

• New accounts that have not previously held a paid Vavus subscription (code-based discount).
• A valid beta code is required for the Vavus AI and Vavus Keyboard discount. Without a code there is no discount on those products.
• One beta code per email address, one discounted subscription per person or household, and one discounted Concierge plan per workspace.
• Web checkout with Stripe only. Neither discount can be used on iOS, on Android, or on any other payment path.

A discounted Concierge subscription lasts for the life of the plan: it applies for as long as the subscription stays continuously active on the same workspace.

It ends permanently if you cancel, let the subscription lapse, change plans, or move billing to another platform. It does not reapply automatically to a new subscription.

A discounted Concierge lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase at the beta price shown at checkout. Nothing renews and there is no recurring charge.

A code-based discount applies for as long as the subscription you started during the beta stays continuously active on the same plan. It ends permanently under the same conditions above.

The discount has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, transferred, sold, combined with another offer, or applied retroactively to a charge that has already been taken. A Concierge checkout with the beta discount applied does not accept promotion codes. The discount does not apply to token packs, storage add-ons, or taxes.

A discounted subscription renews automatically like any other, at the discounted price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Renewal, notice, and cancellation terms are in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

We may modify or withdraw the beta promotion at any time. Withdrawal takes effect for the future only: it does not remove a discount already applied to a subscription that remains continuously active under Section 4, and it does not change the price of a lifetime purchase already made.

We may void a code, cancel a discount, or terminate an account for fraud, duplicate or bulk account creation, code sharing or resale, chargeback abuse, or any other attempt to obtain the discount contrary to these terms.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for any tax arising from the discount.
