Organization
Create or manage your team — members, billing, audit logs, SSO, BAA, and analytics.
The Organization screen is your team's home base inside Vavus AI. If you don't have an org yet, you can create one here. If you do, you'll see the org name, the number of members, and a menu that leads into every team feature.
- 1Enter organization name
Shown when you don't have an org yet. Type the team name you want.
- 2Create Organization
Creates the org and makes you the owner.
- 3Members
Opens the team roster — invite, remove, and change roles.
- 4Audit Logs
See every action your team has taken — sign-ins, settings changes, deletions.
- 5Billing
Org-level billing and shared token pool.
- 6SSO Configuration
Set up single sign-on with your identity provider.
- 7BAA Signing
Sign the Business Associate Agreement for HIPAA.
- 8Team Analytics
Usage stats and per-member token consumption.
- 9Break-glass Recovery
Owner/admin only. Emergency HIPAA recovery flow for locked accounts.
- 10Require 2FA toggle
Owner/admin only. Forces every member to set up two-factor authentication.
- 11Select admin (Transfer ownership)
Owner only. Picks an existing admin to hand ownership to. Asks for confirmation first.
- 12Delete Organization
Owner only. Permanently deletes the org and all its data after a confirmation prompt.
- 13Leave Organization
Non-owner members. You lose access to shared tokens and resources.
