How to delete your Vavus AI account and request removal of account data, content, files, translations, and related records.

Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your Vavus account is from the signed-in account settings area. You may be asked to re-authenticate before deletion so we can protect the account from unauthorized requests.
If an in-app deletion control is unavailable for your account type or platform, email us using the request path below.
Email a deletion request
If you cannot access your account, email constantine@vavusai.com from the email address associated with the account, or contact support from the signed-in app when available. Include your account email, the product you used, and a clear request to delete the account.
We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.
What deletion removes
Confirmed account deletion removes or de-identifies account data and triggers deletion of associated content where the system can identify it, including stored translations, history, files, documents, and related user records.
Deletion does not remove data we must retain for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons.
Processing time
Confirmed account deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible and generally completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, dispute handling, or a signed enterprise or healthcare agreement.
Healthcare and enterprise records
Healthcare and Enterprise accounts may have retention rules under a BAA, service order, audit policy, or regulatory obligation. HIPAA audit logs may be retained for 6 years and contain metadata rather than PHI content.
Meta, Apple, Google, and social login users
If you created a Vavus account using Apple, Google, Meta, or another identity provider, deleting Vavus account data does not delete your account with that identity provider. You can also revoke Vavus access from that provider account.
