Organization Members

See who's on your team, change roles, set per-member permissions and quotas, and manage pending invites.

The Members screen lists everyone in your org with their role color-coded — Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer. Tap a member to expand a settings panel where you can change their role, toggle individual permissions, set a monthly token quota, or force them to sign out. Pending invitations show at the bottom of the screen.

Member row
Tap to expand the member's settings (admins and owners only).

Role chip
Color-coded label — Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer.

Remove (X)
Owner only. Asks for confirmation then removes the member from the org.

Role selector
In the expanded panel. Opens a menu to change the member's role.

Permission toggles
Switches for translate, history, AI tools, and billing access.

Monthly quota
Number field. Caps how many tokens this member can use each month. Leave empty for unlimited.

Save (quota)
Saves the quota value next to the field.

Force logout
Signs the member out of every device immediately. Asks for confirmation.

Pending Invitations
Card at the bottom. Shows email, role, and expiration for invites that haven't been accepted.

Revoke
Cancels a pending invitation so the link stops working.

Invite member (FAB)
Floating plus button. Opens the invite screen.
