This policy explains cookies and similar storage on vavusai.com and app.vavusai.com. Mobile and desktop apps do not use browser cookies, though they may store local app preferences.

Vavus does not sell personal data and does not share translation, message, document, or audio content with advertising networks.

Necessary cookies and local storage are required for security, login, CSRF protection, language routing, consent records, and basic site operation. These cannot be disabled through the Vavus cookie panel.

Functional storage remembers preferences such as interface language, theme, source language, target language, and feature settings so you do not have to reset them each visit.

Analytics helps us understand page usage, signup paths, and product interest. Vavus uses first-party analytics where possible. Analytics cookies are optional and only run when you grant consent.

Marketing pixels and campaign attribution tools may be used to measure paid campaigns. They are opt-in. If marketing consent is off, those scripts do not load from the marketing site.

Stripe may set cookies during checkout. The self-hosted Chatwoot support widget may store a conversation token after you open support chat. YouTube or other embedded media may set cookies only on pages where that embed is used.
