Organization Billing

Shared token pool for your team — balance, transactions, and grants to individual members.

The Organization Billing screen is the wallet for your team. It shows how many tokens the org has, what's been spent, the last fifty transactions, and lets you hand a chunk of tokens to a specific member.

Organization balance
Big number is tokens available to the whole team. The progress bar shows used vs. total purchased.

Purchase Tokens
Opens the desktop/web checkout to add tokens to the org pool. Not available inside the iOS or Android app.

Recent Transactions
The last fifty token events — purchases, grants, and consumption — newest first.

Select member
In the Grant Tokens card. Picks which team member to grant tokens to.

Grant amount
Number of tokens to hand to that member.

Grant notes
Optional. A short reason or note that shows in the transaction log.

Grant tokens
Sends the tokens from the org pool to the selected member's balance.
