Translation Hub (T-Hub)

The Translate tab — every translation mode in one place, plus shortcuts to your phrasebook, glossary, and translation memory.

The Translation Hub (or T-Hub) is the Translate tab. It groups every translation mode Vavus AI offers into a single screen so you can pick the right one for the situation — a live conversation, dictating text, translating a document, or running a multilingual meeting.

Vavus Keyboard
The card at the top. Opens Keyboard Settings so you can set up the Vavus AI keyboard for translation inside other apps.

Transcribe
The big tile on the left. Voice-to-text in one language — speak and Vavus writes it down, no translation.

Pro Live
Top-right small tile. The fastest live conversation mode, powered by OpenAI's real-time voice model. Best quality, slightly higher cost.

Voice
Bottom-right small tile. The classic push-to-talk translation. Hold a button, speak, release — get the translation back.

Simultaneous (UN)
Wide banner. Two people speak two different languages, Vavus translates both directions at the same time — like a UN-style interpreter.

Text
Type or paste text and get an instant translation.

Streaming
Continuous one-way live translation — you speak, Vavus translates as you go without stopping for turns.

Conference
Multi-person, multi-language meetings. Host or join a room where everyone hears their own language.

Upload a PDF, Word document, or paste text and get back a translated copy.

Record audio, then translate the whole recording afterwards. Good for interviews, lectures, voicemails.
