सेवा की शर्तें

ये Terms आपके और DCI Brands LLC के बीच Vavus AI, Vavus Keyboard, VClaw public surfaces, web applications, desktop applications, mobile apps, keyboard extensions और related services तक access के लिए legal agreement हैं।

Account बनाकर, plan खरीदकर या service use करके, आप इन Terms और Privacy Policy से सहमत होते हैं।

Vavus use करने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 16 years होनी चाहिए, या local law के अनुसार अधिक होनी चाहिए। Accurate account information, credentials सुरक्षित रखने और account के तहत होने वाली activity के लिए आप responsible हैं।

Account types में Personal, Healthcare और Enterprise शामिल हैं। Healthcare और Enterprise accounts को additional onboarding, contracts, SSO, organization controls या Business Associate Agreement की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

Vavus translation, speech input, spoken output, keyboard dictation, AI chat, encrypted messaging, calls, documents, files और assistant workflows प्रदान करता है। Feature availability plan, platform, language pair, device, service coverage और account type पर निर्भर करती है।

Automated translation और AI output inaccurate हो सकते हैं। Medical, legal, financial, emergency या अन्य high-stakes settings में output use करने से पहले review करना आपकी responsibility है।

Paid plans automatically renew होते हैं जब तक renewal से पहले cancel न किए जाएं। Prices और plan details purchase से पहले दिखाए जाते हैं। Web purchases Stripe द्वारा process होते हैं; iOS purchases Apple द्वारा; Android purchases Google Play द्वारा।

Trial offers checkout पर payment card मांग सकते हैं। यदि checkout पर 3-day trial दिखाया गया है, तो trial period में charge नहीं लगेगा और trial खत्म होने के बाद billing शुरू होगी जब तक आप पहले cancel न करें।

Tokens supported Vavus features के usage credits हैं। Subscription tokens और purchased token packs के expiration और refund rules अलग हो सकते हैं, जो Pricing और Refund pages पर बताए गए हैं।

Assistant infrastructure के व्यापक रूप से खुलने तक VClaw waitlist-only है। Waitlist join करना invitation, launch date या uninterrupted assistant availability की guarantee नहीं देता।

Assistant workspaces, tool execution, bring-your-own-key model access, setup support, voice add-ons और container capacity activation से पहले additional pricing, onboarding, usage limits या signed terms मांग सकते हैं।

आप Vavus का abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, limits bypass, credentials improper share, fraudulent accounts create, law violate, या ऐसा content process करने के लिए use नहीं कर सकते जिसे process करने का आपके पास right नहीं है।

• Vavus का उपयोग malware बनाने, fraud facilitate करने, लोगों को harass करने, impersonate करने या service में interfere करने के लिए न करें।
• Protected health information upload न करें जब तक आपका account और workflow healthcare use के लिए approved न हो।
• Emergency, clinical, legal, financial या safety-critical decisions के sole basis के रूप में automated output पर rely न करें।

आप submitted content का ownership रखते हैं। आप Vavus को उस content को process, transmit, store, secure और display करने के limited rights देते हैं ताकि service काम कर सके।

Vavus service, software, interfaces, documentation, branding और related intellectual property का owner है।

Healthcare और Enterprise customers के पास additional agreements, procurement terms, BAAs, data processing terms, deployment terms या service orders हो सकते हैं। यदि वे signed terms इस page से conflict करते हैं, तो उस account के लिए signed terms control करेंगे।

हम abuse, security risk, non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements या users, Vavus या service को harm करने वाले behavior के लिए access suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं।

आप किसी भी समय Vavus use करना बंद कर सकते हैं। Subscription cancel करने से future renewals रुकते हैं लेकिन account data अपने आप delete नहीं होता।

Service as available provide की जाती है और समय के साथ बदल सकती है। Law द्वारा allowed maximum extent तक, Vavus implied warranties disclaim करता है और indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive या lost-profit damages के लिए liability limit करता है।

इन Terms में कुछ भी उन rights को limit नहीं करता जिन्हें applicable consumer protection law के तहत waive नहीं किया जा सकता।

ये Terms State of Wyoming, United States के laws द्वारा governed हैं, सिवाय जहां local non-waivable law कुछ और require करता हो।
