Vavus AI का संचालन DCI Brands LLC करती है, जो Wyoming की limited liability company है। जब तक कोई हस्ताक्षरित enterprise या healthcare agreement कुछ और न कहे, हम account, billing, support, website और product usage data के controller के रूप में काम करते हैं।

हम वह जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं जो आपका खाता बनाने और सुरक्षित रखने, अनुवाद और संचार सुविधाएं देने, billing process करने, support requests का उत्तर देने और service चलाने के लिए आवश्यक होती है।

• Account और profile data, जैसे email address, name, login method, organization membership और security settings।
• User content जिसे आप process करना चुनते हैं, जिसमें translations, transcripts, audio, messages, files, documents और images शामिल हैं।

Marketing और analytics data केवल आपके cookie और consent settings के अनुसार उपयोग किया जाता है। Translation, message, document और audio content advertising networks को बेचा नहीं जाता।

Vavus transit में TLS, account authentication, rate limits, access controls, audit logging और account type तथा workflow के अनुसार encryption controls का उपयोग करता है।

नए history, documents, audio और messaging flows जहां supported हो वहां client-side encryption के आसपास design किए गए हैं। Messaging participants के बीच end-to-end encrypted है, इसलिए Vavus केवल ciphertext store करता है।

Vavus hosting, speech processing, translation, payments, email, push notifications और support operations के लिए infrastructure और service providers का उपयोग करता है। इन services को केवल अपने function के लिए आवश्यक data मिलता है, data-processing terms के अधीन; जो services आपका content handle करती हैं उन्हें जहां supported हो वहां आपके content को model training से बाहर रखने और retention कम करने के लिए configured किया जाता है, और उन्हें आपकी account identity कभी नहीं मिलती। Enterprise और healthcare customers के लिए named sub-processor list data processing agreement के तहत उपलब्ध है।

Enterprise और healthcare customers के लिए signed agreement के तहत अलग deployment या data processing terms हो सकते हैं।

Healthcare workflows को approved onboarding और जहां लागू हो वहां Business Associate Agreement की आवश्यकता होती है। Healthcare accounts stricter session limits, audit logging, PHI handling controls और retention behavior का उपयोग करते हैं।

Application logs को PHI शामिल न करने के लिए design किया गया है। Healthcare workflows के audit logs compliance के लिए आवश्यक होने पर 6 years तक रखे जा सकते हैं।

आप जहां रहते हैं उसके आधार पर, आपको अपने personal data तक access, correction, export, deletion, restriction या processing पर objection का अधिकार हो सकता है। आप email द्वारा या product में उपलब्ध account tools के माध्यम से ये अधिकार request कर सकते हैं।

आप website cookie choices को Cookie Policy page से बदल सकते हैं। आप Data Deletion page से account deletion request कर सकते हैं।

California residents को CCPA/CPRA के तहत अधिकार मिल सकते हैं। इन्हें exercise करने के लिए constantine@vavusai.com पर email करें। हम आपके द्वारा दी गई information को हमारे रखे account, billing, support या security records से मिलाकर request verify करेंगे, और request confirm करने के लिए आवश्यक होने पर additional information मांग सकते हैं।

• Right to Non-Discrimination: California privacy rights exercise करने पर हम आपके साथ भेदभाव नहीं करेंगे।

Vavus 16 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए directed नहीं है। हम जानबूझकर 16 वर्ष से कम किसी व्यक्ति से personal information collect नहीं करते। यदि आपको लगता है कि किसी minor ने हमें personal information दी है, तो constantine@vavusai.com पर contact करें और हम उसे तुरंत delete करेंगे।

हम personal data को केवल service, legal obligations, security, billing, support और compliance के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखते हैं। Account content product controls उपलब्ध होने पर उनके माध्यम से delete किया जा सकता है।

कुछ records, जैसे billing records, fraud logs, audit logs और required compliance records, law या contract की आवश्यकता होने पर अधिक समय तक रखे जा सकते हैं।

हम समय-समय पर इस policy को update कर सकते हैं। Last updated date सबसे हाल की revision दिखाती है। यदि कोई material change existing users को प्रभावित करता है, तो जहां उचित हो वहां हम service या email के माध्यम से notice देंगे।
