Intake Form Detail

The intake form detail page has two tabs: Fill Form (the same form your respondents see) and Responses (the submissions you've received, translated to your source language).

   Back to forms

   Returns to the Intake Forms list.

   Fill Form (tab)

   Renders the form as a respondent would see it — for testing.

   Responses (tab)

   Lists every submission with date and language.

   Submit response (Fill Form tab)

   Submits the test response. Counts the same as a real submission.

   Response card (Responses tab)

   Click to open the full submission, with every field's answer translated.
