Cloud Files

Browse files in your connected Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox and import them into Vavus.

Cloud Files gives you read access to files in your connected cloud storage providers — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox — so you can preview, open them in the provider, or import them into My Files.

    Refresh

    Re-fetches the current folder from the provider.

    Provider tab

    Switches between your connected providers (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).

    Search files

    Looks up files by name across the current provider.

    Clear

    Clears the search field and goes back to the folder view.

    Back

    Moves one folder up in the breadcrumb.

    Breadcrumb path

    Click any segment to jump back to that folder.

    File row

    Click a file to load its details into the right panel.

    Open in provider

    Opens the file in Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox in a new tab.

    Import to My Files

    Copies the file into Vavus's My Files so you can use it with AI features and Documents.

    Load more

    Loads the next page of files for large folders.

    Go to Integrations

    Shown when nothing is connected — opens the Integrations page to link a provider.
