Batch Translation

Queue multiple text files or pasted blocks for background translation, then download the results.

Batch Translation lets you queue many files (or pasted text) for translation in the background. Submit, walk away, come back to download the finished files.

    Paste text

    Switches to a textarea where you can paste a single block of text to translate.

    Upload files

    Switches to multi-file upload mode (.txt, .csv, .srt, .json, .xml, .html, .md, .docx, .xlsx — up to 10 MB each).

    File drop zone

    Drag files in or click to pick. Each file becomes its own job.

    Remove file

    Removes a file from the staged list before you submit.

    Source language

    Language of the input text or files.

    Target language

    Language to translate into.

    Engine

    Pick V-Translate (Google, fast) or Vavus AI (slower, more context).

    Submit batch job

    Sends the job(s) to the server. Each file is processed independently and shows up in the Jobs table below.

    Download

    Appears next to completed jobs. Downloads the translated file.

    Cancel

    Stops a pending or in-progress job before it finishes.
