Reset password

The Reset password screen completes a password reset. You arrive here from the link in the reset email; the link includes a one-time token that the page validates automatically.

   Back to login

   Returns to the Log in screen without changing your password.

   New password

   Type your new password. Minimum 8 characters.

   Confirm password

   Type the new password again. The two fields must match.

   Recovery phrase

   Appears only if your account has zero-knowledge encryption enabled. Paste the recovery phrase you saved when you turned it on.

   I lost my recovery phrase

   A destructive option that resets the password without recovering encrypted data. Old encrypted history and documents will be unreadable afterwards.

   Reset password

   Saves the new password and redirects you to the Log in screen.

   Request new reset link

   Shown if the link is invalid or expired. Sends you back to the Forgot password screen.
