My Documents

Generated PDFs, PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and Excel sheets — created from history, chats, or custom text.

My Documents stores everything you've generated with Vavus's document AI — PDFs, .pptx decks, .docx files, and .xlsx sheets. Generate new ones from a history entry, a saved document, or custom text.

    Format filter (All / PDF / PPTX / DOCX / XLSX)

    Narrows the grid to one file type.

    Generate

    Opens the create dialog. Pick format, source, category, template, and click Generate.

    Format toggle (PDF / PPTX / DOCX / XLSX)

    Inside the generate dialog — pick what kind of document to produce.

    Source

    Choose Custom text, History entry, or Saved document as the input.

    Category + Template

    Picks a template category, then a specific template to format the content.

    Title (optional)

    Sets the file name. If left blank, Vavus auto-generates one.

    Additional instructions

    Free-text guidance — formatting, tone, sections to add or skip.

    Generate document

    Submits the job. The new document appears in the grid when done.

    Download (per document)

    Saves the file to your computer.

    Delete (per document)

    Removes the document from your account (asks to confirm).
