Support tab
Live chat, email support, docs, bug reports, and a frequently-asked-questions list — plus your device details to share with the support team.
The Support tab gives you four ways to reach Vavus, a short FAQ that covers the most common gotchas, and a panel of device details you can copy into a bug report.
- 1Live chat
Opens the in-app Chatwoot support chat in its own window. You're signed in automatically — the support team sees your account so you don't have to re-identify.
- 2Email support
Opens your default email client with a pre-filled message to the support address. Device details are appended automatically so you don't have to dig them up.
- 3Docs
Opens the Vavus Keyboard product page (vavusai.com/keyboard) in your browser — setup walkthroughs, shortcut lists, and platform-specific notes live there.
- 4Report an issue
Opens your email client with a templated bug-report form ("What happened? / What were you trying to do? / Anything else?") plus device details appended.
- 5FAQ accordions
Click any question to expand the answer. Covers hotkey troubleshooting, where dictation history is stored, offline use, and how to cancel.
- 6Device details panel
Platform, app version, signed-in email. Useful to copy into a support ticket — the email form already does this for you.
