Support

Live in-app chat with Vavus support, plus email and help center links.

A live chat with Vavus's support team, embedded right in the app. The chat is run on our own servers — no third-party support vendor sees your messages.

    Online now (green dot pill)

    Tells you support is online and replies in real time. If we're offline, we'll reply by email.

    Email

    Opens your email app, pre-addressed to Vavus support with a "Vavus Keyboard Support" subject.

    Help Center

    Opens the online help center at app.vavusai.com/support in your browser.

    Chat window

    The live chat itself. Type a message and press send — a Vavus team member will reply here.

    Retry (only when chat fails to load)

    Reloads the chat widget if it didn't load the first time.

    "Signed in as <email>" (footer)

    Identifies you to support so we can look up your account. Don't share personal-health information in this chat — support is operated by Vavus staff but is not the right channel for PHI.
