Onboarding

The first-run walkthrough — turns on the Vavus keyboard, grants permissions, and picks your languages.

The Onboarding screen runs the first time you open Vavus Keyboard on iPhone. Android onboarding references are in preparation because the Android listing is not public yet. Each step has a single primary action button — tap it, finish the system flow, then come back to continue.

  1. 1
    Step indicator (1 / 2 / 3)

Shows which step you're on. You can tap a completed step to revisit it.

  2. 2
    Step title and description

Plain-English instructions for the current step: "Enable keyboard", "Allow Full Access", and "Choose languages".

  3. 3
    Primary action

Opens the matching iPhone Settings screen so you can complete this step. After you've done it, return to the app and the step ticks off automatically.

  4. 4
    Skip

Available on optional steps (like language picking, which has a sensible default). Skipping doesn't break the keyboard — you can always change languages later in Settings.

  5. 5
    Next

Advances to the next step once the current one is done. Greyed out until the current step is complete.
