Vavus AI prend-il en charge SSO et SAML ?+

Oui. Vavus AI Enterprise prend en charge le SSO SAML 2.0 avec les principaux fournisseurs d’identité (Okta, Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping). Les administrateurs gèrent les rôles, la visibilité d’audit et les politiques du tenant depuis le tableau de bord Vavus.

Oui. En plus du cloud managé standard, Vavus AI propose un déploiement cloud managé dédié et un déploiement entièrement on-premises pour les acheteurs soumis à de fortes exigences de résidence des données ou d’environnement isolé. L’entrée vocale, la traduction et la sortie vocale peuvent fonctionner dans le périmètre client avec l’option on-premises.

Quels contrôles d’audit et d’export Vavus AI Enterprise offre-t-il ?+

L’audit complet couvre actions utilisateur, changements administratifs, événements de facturation, événements d’intégration et accès aux PHI pour les comptes santé. Les logs sont conservés 6 ans et peuvent être exportés en JSON ou envoyés vers un SIEM contrôlé par le client. Les utilisateurs peuvent aussi exporter leurs données et demander la suppression du compte au titre du GDPR.
