How it works at scale
Built for more than one desk.
- A workspace per client
- Each client’s agent reads only that client’s sources and answers only for that client. Workspaces do not see each other.
- Your team, in roles
- Invite the people who work each desk. Owners, admins, and staff see what their role allows.
- Approval before live
- Test conversations are scored, and a person reads the first version before any customer does. Your client’s name never goes out unread.
- Their channels, their accounts
- The client connects their own Twilio, their own Meta app, their own bot. Their credentials stay theirs.
- The report, every Monday
- Each workspace gets its own digest: what the agent handled, what it handed off, and what callers rated.
- White-label
- Remove the Powered by Vavus AI mark for $20 a month. The widget takes the client’s logo, colors, and CSS.
Channels
Whatever the client has.
Each workspace points at that client’s channels, on that client’s accounts. Add them one at a time, whenever the client is ready.
Phone
The client’s Twilio number, or their phone system through the SIP door.
WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS
Messaging on the client’s own Meta app, bot, and numbers.
The client’s inbox, answered in the same voice as the chat.
An honest limit
There is no cross-client super-console. You move between workspaces the way you move between clients — one desk at a time. A single merged report across all of them does not exist yet.
