应用日志按设计不包含 PHI。保存的音频、转写和翻译在客户端加密，因此服务器为新内容保存的是密文。消息使用端到端加密。实时语音翻译在语音输入、翻译和语音输出运行时会在内存中短暂保留明文，获批输出可在存储前加密。审计日志保留 6 年以支持 HIPAA 合规审查，且不包含 PHI 内容。
